Training Procedures

Germaction offers various training methods to meet the diverse needs of its clientele. Regardless of the method chosen, participants receive a certificate of completion.

1. Virtual Classroom Training via ZOOM

   • Using the ZOOM platform, the trainer delivers the course content and facilitates activities or questions in a virtual setting.

2. 100% Online, Self-Paced Training

   • Through the Thinkific platform, participants access videos, audio materials, and documents. To complete the training, they must pass a final quiz with a score of 70% or higher.
