Training recognized by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ)
Duration: 3.5 hours | Online asynchronous training
No refunds or transfers will be granted for this training. Access instructions will be sent approximately 24 hours after payment is received. The training must be completed within 90 days of the purchase date.
This food hygiene and sanitation training corresponds to the MAPAQ-recognized short training session. Its purpose is to confirm participants’ ability to handle food safely, in accordance with Québec’s current food safety regulations.
The training is delivered 100% online, with platform access available 24/7 for a limited period following registration. Participants complete the training at their own pace through structured learning modules that include instructional content and a final assessment.

📚 Training Content
The curriculum is aligned with MAPAQ requirements and covers the following topics:

General hygiene principles applicable to anyone in contact with food or food-contact surfaces

Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection procedures for equipment and utensils

Environmental sources of food contamination
Learning tools may include reference documents, videos, informational links, and evaluation questionnaires.

This training is intended exclusively for the following categories, as defined by MAPAQ regulations:

Home-based childcare service providers (9 children or fewer)

Non-profit organizations (food activities lasting 30 consecutive days or less)

Intermediate resources accommodating 4 to 9 individuals

Family-type resources accommodating 4 to 9 individuals

Retirement homes accommodating 4 to 9 individuals
